Just in time for the BBCs Slammed 2, which focuses on the Decade of the Dragon 1969-1979, the World of Groggs has been reunited with its own celebration of that amazing rugby era. Originally commissioned for the relaunch of The Railway public house on the Broadway as “The Golden Age”, Richard took months to complete this unique and priceless compilation relief of the Welsh squad who became household names in Wales and captured the imagination of rugby fans across the World. Many thanks to Phil Miles for reuniting us with this remarkable piece which is now on display once again amongst our shirts,boots and other sporting memorabilia in the shops museum.
