To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the British and Irish Lions unbeaten Tour of South Africa the World of Groggs has created a new Limited Edition Phil Bennett in Lions strip, complete with the 1970’s Bil the mascot under his arm. After defeating the Springboks on their home soil without losing a match Phil Bennett was chosen to Captain the Lions on their tour of New Zealand in 1977. This is reflected in the inscription on his new figure.
